The minimum shirt order is typically 36 shirts per design ordered.

All files must be at least 300 dpi and however many inches you need the design to be printed (if the design is not vector). Preferred file types are .PSD, .TIF, .EPS & .AI. If you are in need of a design for your shirt, just let us know and we will be happy to help you out! Please send all artwork to info@threadheart.net.
Each color in a design needs to have a screen that goes with it. We charge a $20 screen fee per color printed. You'll never be charged screen fees again for the same design when re-ordering shirts.
No. We mix ink colors to try and get the exact colors you have in your design. However, because of the variation in computer monitors, we can not guarantee color matching from digital files. If you need exact color matching, please request our PMS (Pantone Matching System) color matching. There is an additional $15 charge per color matched.
Threadheart orders are subject to a 5% under run due to possible burns or other inconsistencies in the print and a possible 5% over run for orders that we may add additional shirts then you requested to make up for any mistakes.
